Sírovec žlutooranžový: nové bioaktivní látky

     Sírovec žlutooranžový (Laetiporus sulphureus) je dřevokazná houba z čeledi chorošovitých (Polyporaceae). Houba je pozoruhodná z mnoha hledisek a je ceněna jako významný zdroj četných biologicky aktivních látek s potenciálním využitím v mnoha oborech lidské činnosti, ale zejména v medicíně (Wang et al., 2017). Přítomnost látek s příznivým účinkem na lidské zdraví dělá ze sírovce žlutooranžového novou funkční potravinu (Zhao et al., 2017). Byly již zahájeny experimenty s jeho pěstováním na umělých substrátech (Pleszczyñska et al., 2013), aby mohl být produkován ve velkém množství mimo les, podobně jako např. žampiony.



     Významnými bioaktivními látkami této houby jsou lektiny (Tateno et al., 2003; Mancheño et al., 2004, 2005, 2010; Angulo et al., 2011), polysacharidy (Alquini et al., 2004; Hwang et al., 2008; Olenikov et al., 2009a,b; Jayasooriya  et al., 2011; Seo et al., 2011; Wiater et al., 2011), triterpeny (León et al., 2004) a seskviterpeny (He et al., 2015a; On et al., 2015a; Yin et al., 2015; He et al., 2015b), enzymy (Lee et al., 2009; Hong et al., 2009), polyenové pigmenty (Davoli et al., 2005) a polynenasycené mastné kyseliny (Sinanoglou et al., 2015).
     Sírovec žlutooranžový vykazuje cytotoxické a protinádorové (Yoshikawa et al., 2001; Lear et al., 2009; Fan et al., 2014), protizánětlivé (Saba et al., 2015) a antimikrobiální účinky (Ershova et al., 2003). Strukturní vzorce bioaktivních látek sírovce ukazují, o jak rozdílnou skupinu látek se jedná.
